See’s Candies Recalls Chocolate Easter Eggs

See’s Candies is recalling their Divinity Chocolate Easter Eggs with Walnuts after failing to list peanut butter as an ingredient on the product’s label. Consumers allergic to peanuts might have serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product.see-s-candies-office

The Divinity Chocolate Easter Egg with Walnuts is produced mainly during the Easter holiday. The recalled product was sold at See’s Candies stores in Arizona, California, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah and packaged in a 1.7-ounce box with UPC code L.A.D. 102/13.  No illnesses have been reported yet. Consumers should return the recalled product to any See’s Candies store for an exchange or full refund.
